Deputy Chief Accountant

Our customer is one of the leading EPC service and technology providers in the chemical industry in China, specializing in serving the petrochemical, coal chemical and oil refining industries.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement accounting policies and related internal normative documents for accounting, taxation, and budget accounting, and establish a sound accounting system;
• Responsible for reviewing financial accounting vouchers and various statements and reports, ensuring that the procedures are complete, the content is true, and the legality and compliance are met, and ensuring that the necessary accounting information is provided to internal and external users;
• Complete tax records and submit tax returns on time according to tax compliance requirements, and establish tax matters report formulation;
• Report to the department head on accounting, control, reporting and analysis issues of business activities, and provide guidance to other employees in the department;
• Implement the company's internal control requirements, ensure the standardization of business documents, the correct execution of transactions, and the confidentiality of company information;
• Participate in the review of various major economic contracts related to the business, and express financial opinions;
• Management of accounting practitioners, work arrangements, and improve the qualifications of accounting practitioners;
• Properly keep accounting files such as vouchers.

Requirements:

• High education;
• More than seven years of work experience, of which more than three years of experience as Deputy Chief Accountant of the construction and installation industry is preferred, and work experience in foreign companies is preferred;
• Have a valid chief accountant certificate (preferred), and four major work experience is preferred;
• Have a rich understanding of Russian tax laws, successful experience in tax audits, VAT refunds, etc., and international tax experience;
• Have profound practical knowledge in accounting and tax accounting;
• Familiar with 1C system and Diadoc management;
• English - fluent;
• Experience in the Big Four.
