B2B Digital Marketing Manager
LeverX is looking for a B2B Digital Marketing Manager. This should be a creative, optimistic, confident leader who has experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring a small team. The manager should be equally proficient with day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategizing to meet company targets.
This role is dedicated to the marketing strategy development & successful implementation for one of our flagship products, which is DataLark
DataLark is an SAP-centric zero-coding data management platform that helps businesses streamline data migration and integration processes. Using its extensible plugins and analytical tools, you can automate all ETL operations and orchestrate across all of your systems to drive better business decisions.
Responsibilities:

Identifying and testing new digital channels and tools;

Measuring & reporting the return on investments (ROIs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) on regular basis;

Doing detailed market research: analyzing market trends to understand customer needs better and position the product effectively;

Being responsible for the marketing go-to-market strategy: development, planning, and coordinating with sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure a cohesive effort;

Being able to launch digital marketing campaigns (Google AdWords, Bing) and SMM campaigns (LinkedIn) to test hypotheses and generate leads;

Manage the team of copywriters, designers, and developers to conceptualize and create engaging content both online (website) and offline (presentations, case studies, etc.);

Helping the sales team with supportive marketing collateral such as custom pitch decks, presentations, one-pagers, etc.
Requirements:

Self-assured self-starter who is eager to work alone and with cross-functional partners and senior management teams;

4+ years of proven expertise in B2B product promoting or in a similar position with transferable skills;

Proven success in implementing successful digital marketing campaigns in the B2B environment;

Knowledge of project management software such as Jira is a bonus;

Ability to apply the data-driven approach to lead-generation activities;

Very good knowledge of both written and spoken English is a must.
