Due to business expansion, we are looking for a proactive Digital marketing professional.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with S&P department and vendors. Develop promotional strategies;
- Develop a holistic view of the customer journey for each of our products, apply data and insights to inform the development of a website experience that engages and converts;
- Run regularly scheduled web analytics reports that contribute meaningful analysis and actionable insights. Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed;
- Conduct promotions, run deals, work with rebates;
- Analyzing traffic to inform website maintenance and the effectiveness of marketing strategies;
- Examining sales-related metrics to inform restocks;
- Conversion Rate Optimization: Design, implement, and evaluate split A/B tests that test the impact of page content and layout on conversion rate.
Requirements:
- Experience as an e-commerce manager. Experience working with large DTC websites;
- English language — not lower than Upper Intermediate level;
- Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in e-commerce;
- Google Analytics mastery. Familiarity with Google Tag Manager will be a plus;
- Strong decision-making skills;
- Demonstrated data analysis skills;
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
