Job Identification
We are looking for Trade Marketing Specialist to be a part of our Marketing team.
What we expect:
- Develop In-Store Communication Materials: Work closely with suppliers to design, approve, and implement engaging materials such as gondola ends, POSM displays, and other branding elements to improve visibility and shopper engagement
- Support Product Launches and Promotions: Lead the development of marketing tools and materials for new product launches and campaigns in both traditional and modern trade environments.
- Monitor Trends and Innovate: Stay on top of the latest trends in the FMCG industry and proactively develop innovative ways to enhance our in-store communication strategies.
- Market Visits and Feedback: Conduct regular field visits to ensure marketing materials are effectively utilized and provide feedback to sales teams to align efforts
- Warehouse Oversight: Manage the distribution and condition of marketing materials, including warehouse checks and reporting on outdated or damaged items
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, agencies, and suppliers, to ensure timely execution of campaigns and materials delivery
- Process Improvement: Support the integration of digital tools and systems to enhance the efficiency and impact of trade marketing activities.
Qualifications:
- A passion for the FMCG industry and an eye for identifying trends and consumer behaviors
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative in-store communication solutions
- Strong organizational and project management skills to ensure timely execution of tasks
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams across various departments
- A detail-oriented approach to managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Min 1 year of experience in Marketing or Trade Marketing departments
- English proficiency: Intermediate level or above
