Senior System Analyst REMOTE

Who we're looking for:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Middle/Senior System Analyst to join our dynamic team.

This is a fully remote position, ideal for a self-motivated and organized professional who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that our product meet both functional and technical requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document complex business rules, translating them into clear, actionable technical requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and maintain continuous communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Decompose work scope and develop story maps and detailed user stories to guide development teams effectively.
• Produce high-quality documentation, including User Stories, Use Cases, and Technical Specifications, ensuring clarity and completeness.
• Design and document business processes, workflows, and database diagrams to support development and implementation.
• Work closely with development teams to verify and validate the implementation of technical requirements, ensuring they meet the defined business needs.
• Actively contribute to the development and refinement of systems analysis processes, promoting best practices within the team.
• Engage with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure expectations are met and deliverables are aligned with business objectives.

Our expectations:

Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a system analyst role, with proven experience working on complex, large-scale projects.

Technical Expertise:

• Deep understanding of client-server communication principles.
• Proficient in relational database design and capable of developing and optimizing database models.
• Advanced SQL skills, with the ability to write complex queries, including joins and subqueries.
• Expertise in using API documentation tools such as Swagger and Postman.
• Strong understanding of modern software development principles and methodologies, particularly Kanban.
• Familiarity with UML and BPMN notations for process and system modeling.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• A team player with a collaborative mindset, eager to contribute to team success and involved in the team's life.

Language Proficiency: B1 level.
