System Architect

We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.

System Architecture team are responsible for designing the overall structure of a system, defining its components, their relationships, and how they interact to fulfil the system's requirements. We are now looking for an Architect who will work on individual modules or features of the platform.

Tasks:

• Analysing and organising stakeholder requirements;
• Deriving system requirements from stakeholder requirements;
• Identifying diagnostic requirements for the systems;
• Allocating system requirements to elements of the system and defining interfaces;
• Drives issue resolution and, where required, mitigation plans;
• Directs the workload of the systems engineering team for the given programme;
• Developing logical, functional and system architecture diagrams;
• Mapping system requirements into elements/components.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Architect, or 6+ years as a systems analyst;
• Experience of working in a cross functional team to tackle complex issue resolution;
• Good knowledge with Object Oriented Design, SOLID Implementation;
• Good knowledge and experience in using Design Patterns;
• Good understanding of IaC (Infrastructure as Code) with a good knowledge of tools such as Kubernetes;
• Analytical mindset and critical thinking;
• Ability to work in an agile;
• Good team player;
• Good communication skills in English and Russian at a B2 level: Able to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
