Finance Director

International company is looking for the Finance Director

Responsibilites:

• Assist the Country Director with strategy, financial management, and internal controls.

• Ensure legal compliance and oversee stock management.

• Manage accounting, finance, audit, and treasury departments.

• Prepare and review financial documents for Affiliates and the parent company.

• Conduct audits and analyze Affiliate performance.

• Support financing plans and advise on internal controls and best practices.

• Manage relationships with accountants, auditors, banks, and lawyers.

• Lead continuous improvement of financial processes and due diligence for growth.

• Advanced English proficiency
• Bachelor's degree in Finance
• 5+ years of experience in a similliar role
