Introduction:
Our company specializes in manpower across Europe. As we expand our activities, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to help strengthen our market position and expand our client base.

Main Responsibilities:

● Identifying and attracting new clients. Lead database management and cold calling

● Maintaining long-term relationships with clients.

● Analyzing the market and monitoring competitor activities.

● Negotiating and concluding contracts.

● Managing sales reporting.

● Developing and implementing sales strategies.

Candidate Expectations:

● Experience in sales, preferably in the field of manpower or related industries.

● Excellent communication skills and persuasive abilities.

● Proficiency in English and German; knowledge of Russian will be an advantage.

● Having your own client base interested in labor leasing will be an advantage.

● Ability to handle a large volume of information and maintain a high level of work organization (We use AMO CRM).
