Обязанности: - Assist the Director in managing the overall operations of the UCC-ACSSW in Uzbekistan, ensuring that the center's activities align with strategic goals set by the collaboration between NASP, Columbia University, and UNICEF.
- Coordinate the planning and execution of the center’s projects, focusing on adapting global initiatives to the local context in line with Uzbekistan’s social service systems and regulations.
- Oversee the administrative functions of the center, ensuring efficient operation and compliance with local laws and cultural practices.
- Support the development and implementation of research, educational programs, and community engagement projects, making sure they meet the local needs and leverage the insights from the CSSW's global standards.
- Facilitate the operationalization of the roadmap, including the approval of the center's charter, state registration, and the implementation of funding sources and staffing plans.
- Coordinate the local logistical arrangements for events such as the regional forum on social work, including venue setup, equipment, and participant management.
- Manage collaborations with local universities, think tanks, and other educational institutions to foster a research-based approach to social work and community service.
- Help in resource mobilization by identifying potential funding sources, writing grant applications, and engaging with donors to support the center's initiatives.
- Report on project progress and challenges, providing transparent communication to all stakeholders including NASP, UNICEF, and CSSW.
- Degree in Social Work, or a related field, with strong operational and field experience.
- Proven experience in program coordination, project management, and team leadership within a multicultural environment.
- Deep understanding of the social, economic, and cultural context of Uzbekistan, especially in relation to social services and community needs.
- Demonstrated ability to implement and manage social service programs that are both culturally sensitive and aligned with international standards.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of managing multiple projects and diverse teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt strategies to changing dynamics and challenges.
- Experience with grant writing and managing funded projects within the field of social work or community development.
