Обязанности: - Under the guidance of the Chief Social Work Practice and Community Engagement Specialist, assist in conducting assessments to identify the needs in social work services, of the target population.
- Support the development and implementation of direct social service programs.
- Facilitate meetings, focus groups, and other engagement activities to gather input and feedback.
- Assist in conducting needs assessments and consultations to ensure programs are responsive to local needs.
- Collect and analyze feedback from social service engagement activities.
- Develop and disseminate information to communities about social protection programs and services.
- Ensure that communication is clear, accessible, and culturally appropriate.
- Provide support to community groups in organizing and advocating for their needs.
- Prepare presentations and briefing notes to provide updates to stakeholders
- Report to the Chief Social Work Practice and Community Engagement Specialist on performed work, as well as proposals for future work plans.
- Degree in Social Work, Community Development, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in community outreach, program development, and project management within a social services context.
- Strong understanding of community dynamics and the specific needs of vulnerable populations in Uzbekistan.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, crucial for engaging diverse community stakeholders and facilitating group activities.
- Proven ability to adapt strategies to community feedback and evolving project requirements.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and other relevant management software.
- Proven ability to produce reports and/or research papers with a good command of social protection issues.
- Fluency in English is an asset
