Pink Skies is a holiday homes company managing 30+ apartments in best districts of Dubai, and has processed more than 8 thousand bookings to date. We maintain top ratings on major booking platforms and keep long-term relationships with our portfolio of property owners.
We're a young company founded in 2022 but already established our position on the market. We acquired knowledge and experience for efficient operations. We adapted software to automate everything as much as possible to reduce manual work.
We’re looking for a talented Sales Manager who is willing to join our mission of building a machine that brings best possible experience for guests and impressive results for property owners.
You will be joining a small yet dynamic team responsible for everything from selecting and launching apartments to maintaining them in top condition and ensuring an exceptional guest experience at all times. We value freedom and flexibility, but always keep our priorities in focus.

What you will be doing
- keep booking listings up-to-date and in the best possible shape
- make sure that the listings are best positioned on the booking platforms
- constantly monitor prices, adjust our pricing engine
- timely respond to apartment inquiries from potential guests
- address questions from guests with style and precision
- meet guests for apartment viewing
- constantly look for ways to improve sales performance
- communicate with property owners, discuss sales performance results
What you require to succeed
- Proven sales experience
- Preferably experienced in the hospitality industry
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Valid driver’s license with confidence driving in Dubai
