Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate Barista who doesn’t just serve coffee but creates an experience with every cup/order. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality coffee & food while engaging with our guests and contributing to the unique atmosphere of Steppe Coffee. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, charismatic, and excited to be part of a dynamic and creative environment.

• Create “magic in a cup,” crafting everything from perfect cappuccinos to signature drinks that surprise and delight our guests.
• Engage with customers in Kazakh/ Russian/ English, making each visit more than just a coffee stop—an experience to remember.
• Maintain a warm and welcoming atmosphere, transforming casual visitors into regulars.
• Bring the café space to life with your charm and creativity, making Steppe Coffee a hub for conversation and collaboration.
