Customer service manager

Organize the booking order issued by the company sales with the Carrier or Agent
Intensive control of each order. Active correspondence with Carriers and agents on timely loading of intermediate ports.
Daily update of status reports
Provide customer notification (arrival notice)
Document Checking
Invoicing
Inland haulage organization
After the completion of the cargo shipment, collect all docs concerning this carriage and and to submit it to the financial department.

a multilingual person (fluent oral and written Georgian, English and Russian is a must,)
positive and active person
experience in logistics customer service (sea container ‘s transportation is a must) at least 2 years
with an experience in similar position, or at least an experience in communications, negotiating and building partnership
understanding of key business rules and ethics

working week: Monday-Friday 10:00-18:00
office in the center of Tbilisi
