As we continue to grow, we are looking for an energetic and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Management: Develop and manage engaging content for our website, social media platforms, and email campaigns to attract and engage potential clients and candidates.
• SEO & SEM: Optimize our online presence through search engine optimization and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
• Social Media Strategy: Plan and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across various platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) to build brand awareness and community engagement.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Email Marketing: Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and keep our audience informed about industry trends and company updates.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the recruiting team to align marketing efforts with business goals, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
• Proactive & Energetic: A go-getter attitude with a willingness to take initiative and grow within the role.
• Digital Savvy: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including content management systems, social media management tools, and analytics software.
• Creativity & Innovation: Ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to our marketing strategies.
• Bachelor’s Degree: Preferred in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
