One of the leading language centers in the world Berlitz will open soon in Tashkent. We offer a comprehensive selection of languages and culture courses for adults, children, teenagers, and businesses.

We are hiring a Center Manager

The Center Manager,

together with the Language Center Director (LCD), ensures the implementation of the Berlitz Corporate and Consumer segment strategy (adult, teens & kids) in the Language Center in Uzbekistan. The Center Manager shows at all times a customer service-oriented attitude and is responsible for the day-to-day Language Center sales and operational activities in relation to both the Corporate and Consumer segment. He/she will also be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates across all departments. This role requires strong communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking to build a successful and diverse workforce for Berlitz.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field of study

  • Excellent communication skills in Uzbek, English and Russian

  • 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience

  • Excellent client relations skills

  • Excellent Interpersonal skills

  • Solid organizational and multi-tasking skills with an attention to details

  • Proficient in using Microsoft and Google applications

Core Responsibilities:

Sales

  • Handle, keep track of sales inquiries and conduct sales interviews

  • Form and manage groups

  • Prepare invoices, collect payments

  • Develop, support and track local marketing

Recruitment and selection

  • Identify staff vacancies, advertise and/or work with headhunters as necessary

  • Receive applications, arrange interviews and communicate with applicants

  • Prepare new contracts and employment offers

  • Provide information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, benefits and opportunities for promotion

Customer Retention

  • Improve financial indicators

  • Manage Costs

  • Positive customer relations

  • Language Center appearance

  • Expand market opportunities
