Lead Automation QA Engineer (JavaScript)

The client facilitates the equitable exchange of critical investment insights by improving efficiency, collaboration, and security across the complete information lifecycle. The ecosystem is designed to meet users’ bespoke needs, from compliance tracking to interactive publishing, by removing friction from the publication, dissemination, consumption, and application of investment research content.
Project:
- If you’re passionate about building functional and code coverage test automation and feel like automation testing is something you can do to your heart’s content, then apply for the role of Lead Automation QA (JavaScript). The client seeks to automate its manual entitlement management process for Buy-Side clients, which is currently inefficient and lacks auditing capabilities. The goal is a cloud-based Web app on AWS with automated workflows, role-based access controls, CRM integration, and a centralized user ID database.
Responsibilities:
- Create test scenarios, test cases, and test reports. Create test scripts (JavaScript). Active participation in the software development process, cooperation with programmers, analysts, and DevOps. Develop and improve testing methodologies. Execute and monitor automated test suites within CI/CD infrastructure.
Requirements:
· 5+ years of experience in building and maintaining automation frameworks Background in JavaScript
· Knowledge of Playwright, Jest, Mocha, SuperTest, Grafana
· Knowledge of API Testing, Integration, and E2E Testing
· Ability to use test case design techniques
· Understanding of test framework layers
