B2B Customer Support Manager

Office - Full Time Employment.

International developer* of software services for business. Specializes in solving complex IT problems in MarTech, SalesTech, Fintech. Also provides product implementation services through B2B sales.

Responsibilities:

• customer communication in English;
• only warm customer base for b2b products of the company;
• data research;
• CRM reporting;
• participate in meetup and briefs.

Requirements:

• fluent in English from B2+ level (TOEFL, IELTS would be a great advantage);
• experience of working with a warm or cold customer base (support/negotiation/sales will be an advantage);
• Work only on the night shift from the office.

• salary from 800$ fixed + %
