Lawyer/Advocate

Our core product, Blask, enables businesses to make data-driven decisions through advanced data processing tools and cutting-edge market insights. As part of our dynamic team, you will play an essential role in supporting and ensuring compliance for our legal operations on an international level.

What You Will Do:

• Provide legal advice on corporate governance, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate international contracts in English or bilingual formats.
• Assist with legal matters related to employment procedures and recruiting.
• Ensure compliance with both international and local regulations, particularly in technology and data protection.
• Contribute to policy development and assist with implementing internal company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve legal issues, perform risk assessments, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Stay informed on changes in relevant legislation, ensuring company policies remain compliant and up to date.

Requirements:

• A degree in law, with a focus on International Private Law or Commercial Law.
• At least 2 years of experience in a major law firm or legal bureau as an associate or partner’s assistant.
• Strong proficiency in legal English (both written and spoken) at an upper-intermediate level or higher.
• Experience in preparing international contracts (in English or bilingual).
• Knowledge of contractual law and common law principles.

Additional Advantage (Nice to Have):

• Postgraduate legal education in International Private Law or an LLM degree, ideally combined with internships or fellowships at universities in the EU or UK under postgraduate legal programs.
