Junior Communication Designer

We are Blask, a dynamic company creating visual solutions for various digital and print platforms. Our goal is to develop unique and innovative design approaches, supporting marketing and communication strategies through top-notch design work.

Responsibilities:

• Develop visual concepts and design materials for advertising campaigns, social media, websites, and other digital and print media.
• Create graphics and illustrations for various communication channels (website, email campaigns, social media).
• Maintain, develop, and adapt the visual style of the brand across different platforms.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create visuals that support marketing goals.
• Optimize existing design materials.
• Prepare merchandise designs.

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of experience in a designer role.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Solid understanding of composition, typography, and color theory.
• Understanding of UX/UI design principles and basic web development.
• Basic image generation skills.
• Creativity, initiative, and the ability to propose and justify design ideas.
• Team player with an openness to feedback.
• Portfolio with examples of work (pet projects or freeform work are acceptable).

Would be a plus:

• Basic animation skills (After Effects or other tools).
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics.
• Experience with Framer.
• Illustration or hand-drawn design skills.
