Graphic Designer (part-time)

We are Paysonix, a team specializing in integrating modern payment solutions for fast-growing markets. We operate in Southeast Asia, offering unique local tools such as QR codes, P2P payments, bank transfers, and e-wallets.

Over the past year, we have doubled our team due to the high demand for our services and the successful launch of new products. We are now actively expanding into Africa and Europe, continuing our steady growth in the global market.

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Crafting original designs across a spectrum of marketing materials, including website visuals, social media visuals, banners, infographics, email templates, one-pagers, whitepapers, sales assets, merchandise, brochures, booth designs and presentations.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop creative concepts and designs.
• Support the marketing team with ad-hoc design requests for webinars, events, and presentations.
• Collaborating with external partners to generate marketing, advertising, and promotional content.
• Ensure projects are completed with high quality and within design specifications and deadlines.

Requirements:

• A degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, with additional credit for experience in the finance industry.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print and digital graphics.
• Video Editing and Knowledge of After Effects, Premier Pro, and DaVinci for creating dynamic multimedia content is a big plus.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS will be considered as an advantage.
• Considerable 3D design skills, if available.
• Portfolio of at least 2 completed design projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and meet project deadlines.
• Understanding of brand positioning and communication.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and quality.
• Good knowledge of the English language.
