Role Overview
We are in search of a seasoned Head of Marketing with robust experience in the educational sector to spearhead our newly minted marketing department. This pivotal role demands a visionary leader adept at crafting and executing innovative marketing strategies and skilled in team management and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategize, develop, and enforce a comprehensive marketing strategy that embodies our company’s objectives and ethos.
• Assemble and manage a marketing team by recruiting top talent and/or coordinating with external agencies to supplement our marketing efforts.
• Supervise the production of all marketing materials and channels, including digital, print, and media advertising.
• Analyze market trends to tailor strategies that maximize both reach and impact.
• Ensure synergy across various departments to unify customer engagement strategies.
• Administer budgeting and resource allocation for marketing operations.
• Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns, using ROI and other performance metrics to guide future strategies.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of leadership experience in marketing within the education sector.
• Comprehensive knowledge of modern marketing techniques, including digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
