Assistant to Study Abroad manager (ассистент менеджера по образованию за рубежом)
We are looking for a manager to join our office in Almaty
The manager will be working closely with study abroad managers of our company to provide technical application and documents processing service for university applications, application management and processing (to obtain university or school offer letter), visa application;
The candidate will be working with documentation and have upper intermediate level of English, should understand information on colleges and language schools reading the website in English. Apart from working with colleagues and documentation part of this role is to participate in events and education fairs to and promote the services/products offered by Be Global. The manager should be able to follow company strategy and follow the business ethics.
Requirements and Skills:
- upper intermediate or advanced level of English;
- communication and writing skills;
- ability to travel for business trips within offices in Kazakhstan 1-2 times a year;
- 1-2 years of work experience in educational organizations, study centers, visa centers or other documents processing related jobs;
- bachelor’s degree or post-graduate degree in teaching, education, administration, economics etc;
- ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, students, foreign partners and other members of the public;
- service-minded, good personality with desire to work in a progressive and achieving team of industry professional;
