Junior Marketing Specialist/Marketing Assistant
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will support our marketing initiatives, assist in the development of marketing campaigns, and help maintain our online presence. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, trade, events, etc.)
• Support the development of marketing materials (product presentations, packaging, printed trade materials, exhibition constructions, online content)
• Assist with special events and exhibitions planning and coordination
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences on new markets
• Find task fit contractors/freelancers, lead business correspondence and provide tender reports
• Maintain an organized database of marketing contacts and leads, monitor payments
• Daily solution of current marketing tasks collaborating with team members and participating in brainstorms
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
• At least 1 year of relevant experience (working for creative or marketing agency is a plus)
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
• Basic knowledge of graphic design software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) is a plus
• Knowledge of English language at С1 level
• Knowledge of Spanish language at B2 leve is desirable
• Willingness to travel to the United States and the European Union for business meetings and project-related events
• Confident user of Microsoft Office services (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
• Detail-oriented, smart, inventive and with excellent communication skills
• Eager to learn and grow within international marketing of premium goods
