Lead Game Provider
We continue to expand the team and is looking for a Lead Game Provider. We need a true, experienced, and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of casino managers in optimizing the performance and profitability of our gaming offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with game providers, managing the integration and launch of new games.
- Analyze KPIs to optimize player engagement, retention, and revenue, ensuring financial objectives are met.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities for improvement in our online operations.
- Plan, organize, and execute enhancements to the existing game product as well as develop new game products.
- Review promotion performance related to casino products and implement improvements both on operational workflow or regarding the marketing activity.
- Monitor and review the casino games revenue and implement changes to manage challenges. Providers' Fee reduction and economization of huge sums on a monthly basis.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in iGaming or leading account managers.
- B2 English.
- Strong computer skills, including all the modern apps and services: Google, Jira, Power BI, Notion, Miro, ChatGPT etc.
- Communication skills.
- Critical thinking.
- Ability to work with huge volumes of data.
- Stress-resistance.
