AIFC Authority is looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Manager to join our Expat Centre. The Manager will play a key role in providing exceptional assistance and customer service to foreign nationals in Kazakhstan. This includes facilitating visa-migration processes, taxpayer registration, and other supportive services. The ideal candidate will consult with foreign nationals regarding entry and stay terms, ensure full support in applying for required services, handle ongoing correspondence, maintain databases and records, and execute various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent assistance and customer service for foreign nationals in obtaining government and non-government services, including visa-migration and taxpayer registration.
  • Consult with foreign nationals on entry and stay terms and ensure full support in applying for required services.
  • Process ongoing correspondence such as letters, emails, and calls.
  • Maintain databases and records accurately and efficiently.
  • Execute projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Translation, Law, or related fields.
  • A master's degree in Finance or Economics is preferable.
  • A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience and expertise in migration law.
  • Fluent in Kazakh, Russian, and English. Chinese language is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
  • High level of time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High level of responsibility and reliability.
