Engineer DevOps

Our vacancy implies relocation to Montenegro!

We are looking for DevOps Engineer for our office Tungsten Montenegro for the distributed teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop scalable, sustainable, and highly effective systems, processes, standards, and tools for centralized configuration management and product release.
• Collaborate with Core Engineering and Quality Assurance Engineering in the development and management of product builds.
• Manage assigned project development tools.
• Participate in the management of product releases:
  • Install, implement, and configure Release engineering servers
  • Test various deployment configurations
  • Execute, validate, and archive product releases
• Maintain and administer DevOps tools, including source control, defect management, project management, and other systems.
• Develop scripts and programs to automate process and integrate tools.
• Resolve help desk requests from worldwide product development staff.
• Participate in team and process improvement projects.
• Interact with product development teams to plan and implement tool and build improvements.
• Support Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipeline.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required skills and experience:

• Knowledge of PowerShell, Python, Bash or similar
• Familiar wit Azure DevOps practices
• Fluent English, good writing skills
• Programming experience such as C#, .NET and scripting language(s)
• Bachelors Degree in a related discipline is strongly preferred
• 2–5 years’ relevant technical experience preferred
• Experience with common scripting languages, such as Perl, VB Script, PowerShell, Windows batch, and UNIX shell scripting.
• Experience with Windows, Linux, and Unix operating systems and web servers.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Familiarity with object-oriented concepts and programming in C#, VB.Net, C++, COM, Java, and Visual Basic 6 would be beneficial.
• Familiar with software build processes and related tools.
• Familiar with source control systems such as TFS. Experience working with developers to resolve development issues related to source control systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint administration and development would be beneficial.
