Job responsibilities:
1. Based in the autosalon of dealer and assist dealers in communicating with head office, follow up and solve store daily operation problems; collect store sales operation information daily and feedback to the head office
2. Complete relevant training to sallers in the autosalon according to the group's requirements on products, sales skills, reception procedures, etc., and improve store service levels and customer satisfaction
3. Regularly visit competitor autosalon to feedback competitor dynamics and local market changes. Assist the product development team to complete regional research.
4. Support regional brand marketing and store retail activities
5. Interpret the group's business activity policies to the dealer stores in the responsible region, supervise and guide the implementation of important store projects, and provide timely feedback on project progress
6. Assist the headquarters to regularly check dealer sales contracts and inventory counts, and control inventory conditions.

Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, proficient in Russian, and can use English as a working language;
2. TO B sales experience is preferred;
3. Strong proactive communication skills, clear thinking, strong adaptability, strong self-drive, and serious and responsible;.
4. Good teamwork awareness; strong brand awareness.
