Receptionist

Responsibilities:

• meeting guests;

• conducting the guest registration procedure (check in, check out, payment acceptance);

• professional advice to guests on the services provided by the hotel;

• prompt response to guest requests;

• and others within the scope of the job description.

Requirements:

• English language proficiency at an intermediate level is desirable
• ethical communication skills with guests
• ability to settle complaints and complaints from guests
• accuracy
• affability, smiling
• stress resistance
• experience and knowledge of working in the OPERA program
