Project Manager

Nekki is a game development studio, the creator of Shadow Fight 4: Arena, Shadow Fight 3, Shadow Fight 2 and Vector. The total number of registered users for our games exceeds 1 billion worldwide. We develop and release games for PC, consoles, and mobile platforms.

Currently, we are seeking a Project Manager to work on a new console action project, SPINE.

SPINE is made with Unreal Engine 5 and centered around cinematic gun-fu shootouts. It's a third-person beat'em'up with a full set of PC gaming features, including a deep storyline, a unique setting, cutscenes, intriguing enemies, memorable bosses, character progression, and, most importantly, breathtaking battles with a wide array of firearms.

This project represents a new ambitious challenge for the company as it marks our first game for both PC and consoles.

Responsibilities:

• Translating tasks from the producer into a development plan, creating a roadmap, and communicating the plan to team leaders.
• Managing both the technical and content aspects of the project, ensuring their integration and alignment, while planning game releases and versions based on the needs, requests, and feedback from the teams and the producer.
• Establishing and maintaining project and team processes, ensuring adherence to these processes.
• Updating outdated processes and introducing new ones as necessary.
• Gathering feedback from teams regarding processes and suggesting improvements that may impact project plans.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a project management/producer role in PC or console game development.
• Understanding of Unreal Engine's workflow is highly desirable.
• Responsibility, initiative, rational thinking, and excellent communication skills.
