Intermark Global (formerly Savills) is an international consultant with presence in Europe, Asia and Middle East.

As part of our overseas property work, we work in three areas:

  • investment in property for both rental income and capital appreciation purposes;
  • immigration services – residence permit, citizenship;
  • lifestyle property (property for yourself, as a second home).

Our clients include not only business owners and top managers of companies, but also leading international and major Russian corporations, diplomatic services, government organisations, banks and non-profit foundations.

Intermark Global property and immigration business unit currently employs 60 people, and this figure will increase to 80-90 by the end of 2023. Our team is made up of true professionals with 3-15 years of experience in real estate.

Due to the expansion of the business unit and with the introduction of a new organizational structure, we are looking for a Relationship Manager for property developers and sellers in Thailand who will be responsible for the following tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Searching for new developers, negotiating the most favorable commercial terms, signing agency agreements;
  • Organizing due diligence procedures for developers with the help of the company's lawyers;
  • Maintaining relationships with all current developer partners;
  • Maintaining a register of developers according to the established format;
  • Organization of work with sellers on the secondary market;
  • Informing the brokers of the Thailand Division about the available products;
  • Organizing the listing of the company's product on all available resources (company website, aggregator sites, presentations and brochures) and keeping the listing up to date;
  • Attracting marketing budgets from developers for online and offline marketing activities, advertising campaigns;
  • Assisting the Head of Thailand office in securing exclusive agency contracts with key developers.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Proficient in English and Thai at B2 level and above
  • BA, MA, higher education
  • Previous experience is negotiation or sales
  • Takes responsibility for the result, well-organized
  • Willing to take initiative
  • Diplomatic, tactful and polite, able to negotiate competently and defend the interests of the company
  • Has an understanding of the property market and how it works
  • MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, any experience with CRM systems
