Responsibilities: - Business Development for Construction product portfolio for all Uzbekistan of Bureau Veritas in Construction sector. This includes the commercial activities such as market Surveyors, support to network, proposals, tender etc.
- Establishes sales strategies to develop business in Construction sector through a deep understanding of the clients business needs in this market.
- Development and maintenance of all projects, opportunities & tenders list for large opportunities.
- Steers and coordinates market sector tribe / network.
- Ensures a good level of satisfaction of the clients of the market
- Identification, preparation and submission of pre-qualification, expression of interest, offers & tenders. This includes offer and contract review.
- Management and grow with key accounts as may be defined by Director-Uzbekistan
- Support BV offices with marketing tools such as presentation material, profile, catalogue, reference list, completion/appreciation letters, etc.

Bachelor / Master’s Degree in Construction, Business Management, Economics, Marketing

Minimum 5 to 7 years’ experience in Construction sector (Civil).

Very familiar with the Uzbekistan stakeholders in the Construction sector. (Developers, EPC, Utilities, Regulators and others...)

Good English communication skill, Fluent Russian and/or Uzbek
- Employment in accordance with the Labor Code
- Work schedule 5/2
