Senior Procurement and Purchasing Specialist

• Coverage of the target matrix with the active assortment having effectiveness characteristics.

• Active suppliers to provide with the products of the confirmed assortment matrix in accordance with the assortment policy and cooperation policy, products quality demands.

• Signed contracts, achieved agreements (commercial terms), allowing to reach plan indices

• Correct master data of the suppliers and goods in the system that must be properly and on time updated

• Valid and correctly filled base of the suppliers in the SRM-system

• Claims, remunerated by the supplier

• Inquiry to provide with the new drawings, work on problem drawings with the suppliers

Qualifications (Essential):

• Advanced Negotiations & Building relationships with suppliers

• Category management skills

• Strong Problem Solving skills

• Prodicient multi-tasking and prioritization

• Data Analysis skills

• Claims management

• English prodiciency level C1 or higher

Qualifications (Desired)

• Knowledge of Auto parts manufacturers brands

• Knowledge of Auto parts consumption patterns of key customers

• Knowledge of legal aspects

• Chinese proficiency level HSK/YCT 3

Experience

• Bachelor or higher level diploma

• 3+ years of proven success experience in commerce/purchasing/sales

• Proficient knowledge of Excel and Google sheets
