Pre-Sales Engineer

Your responsibilities will be:

• Meet with prospective customers, understand requirements, field technical questions, and demonstrate capabilities.
• Participate in sales conference calls and prospect visits, providing product demonstrations in person and remotely, and working with prospects at both a technical and business level to show how a solution can provide value to them.
• Participate as a technical resource at trade shows and conferences, when needed.

We expect from you:

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline
• 3+ years of experience as a Security Engineer, Network Engineer or a related position
• Strong knowledge of network and network security
• Strong understanding of information security technologies, concepts, and techniques
• Experience in Linux/UNIX Windows Servers administration
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in troubleshooting, monitoring, and managing IT networks
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies, such as VMware VSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V
• Experience understanding protocols, such as SSL/TLS, CIFS, HTTP/S, DHCP, SMTP, LDAP/S, NFS, SNMP, and DNS
• Knowledge of Microsoft AD, Kerberos, LDAP, SSO, SAML, SNMP
• Knowledge of switching technologies: VLAN, RSTP/MSTP/RPVST MLAG, LACP, BPDU Filter, BPDU Guard, Port-security, L2-ACL, mac filtering, isolated vlan/port, SPAN, IP Source Guard, VXLAN
• Experience in networking concepts and services, such as VPN, PKI, and TCP/IP
• Familiarity with programming and scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
• Strong communication skills
• English level – intermediate
• Experience in Pre-Sales Engineering
• Network certifications (CCNA, CCNP, NSE4/NSE7, PCNSE etc.)
• Technical documentation writing skills
• Experience in building and maintaining corporate networks, Data Centers will be a plus
