Novakid is an English language school catering to children aged 4-12, and is actively seeking a new team member to join our Content Department. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in creating our online 2nd language English program, aligned with European CEFR standards. Main responsibilities
- Design and develop fun and engaging content, including but not limited to lesson homework exercises and assessments, in accordance with Novakid standards and philosophy
- Participating in the content review process and giving constructive feedback
- Observing classes to ensure the quality of the material
- On-going improvement of existing material
- Taking part in multimedia material creation and implementation.
Requirements
- Evidence of your proficient understanding of lesson planning and methods
- Experience in developing teaching material
- Fluent English (not lower than C1, both written and spoken)
- High computer literacy particularly with G suite
- Higher Education
Attributes required
- Knowledge of English C2
- Mentally agile, ie. handle changes extremely well
- Proactively stay up to date with educational trends
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Be open to doing other tasks within the department
