Front-end / Full-stack JS Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking an exceptional front-end/full-stack developer with a strong background in website and web application development to join our growth acceleration team. Your job will involve close collaboration with fellow developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to explore new product ideas, develop prototypes, and run experiments to drive company growth and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop across all parts of Novakid platform, from landing pages to classroom and student areas, to quickly experiment with new features, designs, or user journeys.
• Collaborate with product managers, the core development team and business stakeholders to contribute to ideation as well as the execution of ideas.
• Take Responsibility not only for technology decisions but also for business outcomes and user experience.
• Leverage Technologies and third party solutions available at Novakid to achieve results.

Qualifications

Educational Background

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Expertise​​​​​​​

• 5+ years of experience as a React / TypeScript developer
• 3+ years of experience in Node.js, preferably with Express
• Excellent knowledge of modern web stack including HTML, CSS3, responsive layouts

Bonus if you

• Worked on large scale e-commerce or e-learning projects
• Familiarity with headless CMS
• Experience with cloud services & solutions from AWS and GCP

Communication Skills

Fluent or professional proficiency in English.
