Chief Technology Officer

USPIO Ltd is a technology company specializing in providing innovative solutions in the IT and software development industry. We are looking for a skilled and experienced CTO to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Providing visionary leadership to the technical team.
• Implementing cutting-edge technology solutions to meet business objectives.
• Developing and executing technology strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• Identifying emerging technologies and trends, and evaluating their potential impact on the business.
• Driving the development of new products and features, from concept to launch, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer needs.
• Collaborating closely with the CEO, CFO and COO for integration technology solutions with overall business strategies.
• Ensuring the security, reliability, and performance of our systems and platforms.
• Identifying potential risks and vulnerabilities in our technology systems and developing mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record of leadership in a technology-focused role, preferably within a small to medium-sized IT company.
• Strong technical background with expertise in software development, cloud computing, and emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving innovation.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
