Content Marketer / Senior Content Manager

GenesisApps is a web development and web design agency. We support clients and projects spanning various industries, organization sizes, missions, and visions. Now Genesis is looking for a Senior Content Manager whose responsibilities will be to create and to implement content strategy in order to promote GenesisApps and to increase awareness of the company.

This position implies a lot of creativity, freedom to propose new ideas, to take decisions and to try new approaches.

Your general responsibilities will be:

• To determine the voice of the company.

• To develop and to implement a content strategy for the company's website (including long reads and blog articles).

• To create content for the company’s and CEO's social media (posts, infographics, stories, etc.).

• To prepare and to manage email campaigns for the target audience.

• To develop case studies describing the company’s successful projects.

• To create gated content and other lead magnets.

• To collaborate with designers and developers to create high-quality visual and written content.

• To manage the content calendar and to ensure timely publication of materials.

• To analyze content effectiveness and to optimize the content based on data.

• To find other channels for content distribution.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in copywriting.

• 2+ years of experience of working in content marketing.

• Experience in content creation for a digital agency or IT company in English.

• Experience working with various content marketing channels: website, social media, newsletters, case studies.

• Deep understanding of SEO and skills in writing search engine-optimized content (knowledge of Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz Keyword Explorer, etc.).

• Experience in analysis of content effectiveness (knowledge of Hotjar, Crazy Egg, BuzzSumo, etc.)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

• Excellent written and verbal English.

• Portfolio of completed projects with examples of successful content in English.
