CRM Manager

You'll be doing:

• Creating and validating personalized marketing campaigns based on customer data and insights.

• Analyzing customer data and target them with tailored communications.

• Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel CRM campaigns with the help of the team.

• Monitor and report on key CRM metrics and campaign performance, especially ROI.

• Oversee the CRM system and ensure it is used effectively across the company.

• Carry out A/B tests to reinforce performance of CRM.

What we need from you:

• Fluent in English (C1) and either Russian or Hindi as your native language.

• Killer communication skills - you know how to interact with players.

• To be good at spotting gaming trends and to have a great sense of humor.

• Excited to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
