Responsibilities
- Support and administration of the Telegram bot developed for Retailers.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues related to the bot's functionality.
- Test new features and updates, ensuring their proper operation.
- Collaborate with the development team to fix bugs and implement improvements.
- Train users (TSM teams) on how to use the bot.
- Collect and analyze user feedback to enhance functionality.
- Prepare documentation and guides for bot usage.
Requirements:
- Logical thinking
- Experience in technical support or software administration (experience with chatbots is a plus but not mandatory).
- Basic programming knowledge (Python, JavaScript, or other languages) is desirable but not mandatory.
- Skills in diagnosing and solving technical issues.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with users.
- Experience in sales, retail, or related fields is a plus.
