Corporate Lawyer

Central Asian University is actively seeking a qualified and experienced lawyer to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support across all university departments, representing the university in legal matters, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal support to all university departments, including legal consultation, contract preparation and review, and negotiation with external partners.
• Represent the university's interests in courts and other government agencies.
• Develop and implement internal regulations and university policies.
• Ensure compliance with education and labor law regulations.
• Maintain legal documentation and record-keeping.

Requirements:

• Higher education in law.
• At least 3 years of experience as a lawyer, preferably in the education sector or large organizations.
• Excellent knowledge of civil, labor, and education law.
• Proficient in English at B2/C1 level for negotiations and document preparation in English.
• High proficiency in Russian and Uzbek languages (including written and oral translation).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a multilingual environment.
• Ability to work in a team and make quick decisions under stress.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

• Work schedule: 5/7, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
