Hello, our future assistant director !

I am Marina Krupnova, HR-manager of Market Expert. We are actively developing our brands on marketplaces and have already reached a turnover of more than 60 million rubles per month in two years! Now we are looking for someone who will become our right hand in business affairs, help us to solve complex tasks and move only forward. We are looking for you - an ideal assistant director who is ready to conquer the market and grow with us!

What we offer:

  • high level of income: from 1500 $ on probation;
  • payment after the probation period: up to 2000 $ per month;
  • interesting tasks: explore the Chinese market with us;
  • work in China, Shanghai (offline);
  • working hours: from 9:00 to 18:00 local time.

Tasks to be done:

  • interacting with government services and structures: assisting contacts with legal and financial organizations;
  • administrative issues: working with electronic signature (EDS), customs, registration on trading platforms (e.g. Alibaba);
  • document management: assistance in obtaining and processing documents;
  • sourcing and negotiations: communicating with contractors and counterparties, establishing contacts with the Chinese side;
  • participation in business trips: acting as an interpreter during meetings;
  • logistics organization: search for logistics companies, support of internal logistics processes;
  • business adaptation to the Chinese market: assistance in understanding local peculiarities and cultural nuances;
  • business meeting support and translation: providing language support during meetings with local partners and company representatives, participation in negotiations;
  • analysis of legal and financial proposals: assessing proposals from local companies, conducting legal and financial due diligence, identifying optimal conditions and potential risks;
  • contracting and signing of contracts: organizing and negotiating for physical office leases and warehouse contracts, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and negotiating terms and conditions;
  • primary selection of contractors for logistics and procurement: sourcing, analyzing and evaluating potential contractors for logistics and procurement in China.

Your results after 3 and 6 months:

After 3 months:

  • synchronize the work of the accounting department;
  • sign first contracts with warehouses.

After 6 months:

  • assist in opening a physical office;
  • set up internal logistics processes;
  • get the first leads on Alibaba.

What we expect from the candidate:

  • work experience: experience in a similar position. Experience in e-commerce is preferable;
  • personal qualities: awareness, motivation, self-organization, high focus on results, intellectual ability, communication skills, ability to work in a multi-tasking environment;
  • negotiation skills: ability to negotiate effectively and maintain business contacts;
  • languages: Chinese is a must, second language - English C1.

Required knowledge and skills:

  • software: Chat GPT, Google docs, Notion, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
