Analyze the impact of discounts and bonuses on user’s behavior

Develop a long-term model of incentives for passengers & drivers

Research a balance in the use of incentives and pricing mechanics

Generate and test hypotheses to search for growth points, explain the results to business stakeholders

Conducting A / B testing - participation in the development of conditions for conducting and interpreting the results

Interact with all teams of the Data Department, to optimize data flows, control the quality and integrity of product data, create data marts for the product
- 5+ years of experience in product or data analytics
- Analytical mindset with the ability to critically evaluate hypotheses, analyze and structure data, draw conclusions, and establish relationships in data
- Knowledge of mathematical statistics and practical experience in its application
- Proficient use of Python, along with experience in SQL
- Ability to choose the appropriate method for evaluating data – analytics, research, or utilization of external data
- Fluency in Russian
