We're seeking a Finance Support Specialist. You will play a key role in supporting our financial operations, particularly focusing on invoicing, financial analysis, and financial planning. This part-time role is ideal for someone with a strong background in finance, attention to detail, and a passion for numbers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Invoicing:
— Prepare and issue invoices to clients.
— Track and reconcile invoice payments.
— Address and resolve any billing queries from clients or internal teams.

2. Financial Analysis:
— Assist in analyzing financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
— Support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
— Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and insights.

3. Financial Planning:
— Contribute to the development of financial forecasts and budgets.
— Analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
— Provide recommendations to management based on financial analysis and projections.

Qualifications:
— Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
— Proven experience in finance or a related role.
— Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
— Proficient in financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
— Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
— Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
— Fluent English (from B2).

It will be your advantage if you have experience working with Estonian legal entities and Paytraq.

Work Hours & Benefits:
— This is a part-time position, requiring approximately 20 hours per week.
— The workload is irregular — more at the beginning of the month, less in the middle of the month.
