Lawyer

TGR Partners, an innovative financial concierge with headquarters in London and offices worldwide, is looking for a mid-level lawyer. The ideal candidate should have experience working in international companies or corporate groups and demonstrate excellent communication skills. This position reports directly to the head of the legal department.

Key responsibilities:

• Contractual activities: development of contract formats and templates, preparation of contracts tailored to specific client requests or other company departments (both from scratch and using pre-developed templates), analysis of contracts received from clients for their execution, and providing comments on necessary amendments. Preparation of complex interconnected contracts for deal restructuring or asset reallocation, as well as review of received contracts.

• Preparation of official letters on behalf of group companies (including letters for HMRC), responses to inquiries, reviews, and official appeals for banks and clients.

• Assistance in preparing questionnaires for banks and other financial institutions as part of KYC and AML procedures.

• Document storage: maintenance of electronic databases, systematic accounting, and storage of documents. Management of internal corporate registries.

• Legal expertise on a range of issues related to current professional activities.

• Providing colleagues with consultations on ongoing legal matters.

Required skills:

• At least 3 years of experience in in-house legal work or legal consulting.

• Ability to work with documentation drafted in accordance with the laws of various jurisdictions.

• Experience in drafting and negotiating contracts and related supporting documentation.

• Maintaining contract registries and updating contract templates.

• Proficiency in English at a level no lower than C1.

• Experience with Bitrix24 or other CRM systems.

• Skills in managing a company’s electronic document flow and working with various software products (office applications, online conferencing platforms, etc.).
