Senior Data Analyst

We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Data Analyst to join the company’s team and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that enhance patient care and medical research.

As a Senior Data Analyst you will have to:

• build analytical pipelines and dashboards from idea to product;

• interact with business and explain results of your analysis;

• manage junior and middle data analysts;

• provide ad-hoc research;

• help with development of internal analytical platform;

• be proactive and propose new ideas of analytical services.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience of working as a data analyst/ Python developer;

• Solid understanding of statistical analysis;

• Strong Python knowledge. Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, analysis, and task automation. Beyond basic scripting, the candidate should have a strong grasp of object-oriented programming, including the ability to write classes, design and build modular, scalable solutions that extend beyond simple function writing;

• Expertise in Structured Query Language (SQL) for complex data querying and manipulation;

• Good communication skills;

• Critical thinking;

• Excellent visualization and presentation skills;

• Experience with Google Cloud, with a preference for familiarity with BigQuery or Spanner;

• Experience with deployment of micro services;

• Intermediate+ English (at least written communications).

Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, particularly experience with FastAPI;

• Knowledge of Jinja templating language for creating dynamic SQL scripts and reports;

• Experience in writing and maintaining automated tests, both for code and data, including unit, integration, and data validation testing;

• Experience with DBT (Data Build Tool) for data transformation and modeling within the analytics stack.
