Preschool Teacher

• Creating and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and educational activities for preschool-aged children.
• Providing a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that promotes the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of young learners.
• Planning and organizing daily schedules, routines, and transitions to ensure a smooth and structured learning experience.
• Developing and implementing strategies to promote positive behavior management and classroom discipline.
• Conducting assessments and observations to track and monitor individual child progress and development.
• Communicating regularly with parents or guardians to provide updates on their child's progress and address any concerns or questions.
• Collaborating with other preschool staff to plan and coordinate special events, field trips, and parent-teacher conferences.
• Creating a safe and inclusive classroom environment that respects and values diversity and individual differences.
  Incorporating various teaching methods and resources to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
• Modeling appropriate language, social skills, and behavior for children to emulate.
  Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the classroom and maintaining a well-equipped learning environment.
• Continuously seeking professional development opportunities to stay updated on the latest educational practices and trends in early childhood education.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in teaching or relevant field.
• A minimum of 4 years experience as a teacher.
• In-depth knowledge of teaching methods and legal educational procedures.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Well-organized with excellent leadership abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
• PGCE/PGDE is highly appreciated
• Creativity
• Patience
• Fluent in English
