Chief Product Officer

FindIT is a trusted partner in building an IT team for a company developing its own B2C/B2B platform in the iGaming industry.
Our client aims to attract the best professionals in the market to create a top-tier product in the platform segment.

This international company develops high-load systems and online services for the creation, launch, and management of online casinos, including crypto-casinos, as well as solutions for betting companies and game developers. They offer their own localization program, 24/7 technical support, and a player acquisition program.

We are currently looking for a Chief Product Officer.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Develop and implement the company's product strategy in alignment with business goals;
• Manage the full product lifecycle from concept to release;
• Define the product's mission, vision, and strategy;
• Identify market problems that the product solves;
• Conduct ongoing competitive analysis;
• Implement and configure data collection on User Experience;
• Develop and maintain roadmaps in accordance with the company's requirements, mission, and vision;
• Build, mentor, and manage the product team, fostering a product-driven culture;
• Develop and implement KPIs to measure the product's success and its individual modules;
• Motivate direct reports;
• Hold regular 1 on 1 (F2F) meetings with direct reports;
• Be responsible for evaluation (assessments, goals);
• Oversee the career development process for product team members;
• Manage the resources of subordinates (product managers, designers);
• Address cross-team issues;
• Enhance the company's reputation by introducing innovative functionality into the product;
• Implement policies and processes within assigned teams;
• Represent and advocate the Product Team's opinions in meetings with stakeholders.
  

What We Want to See in a Candidate:

• 3+ years of experience as a CPO in product development (SaaS, GameDev, Gambling, Betting, MediaTech, E-commerce);
• Proven experience in successfully launching and scaling a product in the market;
• Experience managing a department and building processes within a product team;
• Deep understanding of product development processes;
• Experience with product analytics tools;
• Personal qualities: leadership, decisiveness, responsibility, strong organizational and negotiation skills, positivity.
