The position requires relocation to Shchuchinsk, Akmola region.

Housing is provided for relocating candidates (hostel).

JOB TITLE: Recruiter / HR specialist

LOCATION: Rixos Borovoe Hotel is a luxury Resort property of Accor family and is surrounded by the pine trees of the Borovoe National Park and located on Shchuchye Lake (Shchuchinsk, Kazakhstan).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & CONTRIBUTION:

• Recruitment according to the hotel requirements
• Regular results and process reporting
• Be responsible for staff manning at 100%
• Sourcing for new advertising channels for positions to be promoted
• Be responsible for HR Instagram account: posts, stories, events publishing, etc.
• Power Point presentations for HR purposes
• Supporting at HR records management

REQUIRED and WHAT MAKES YOU EXTRAORDINARY FOR THIS ROLE:

• Minimum 3 year-experience in recruiting of different positions
• Сonfident knowledge of the principles of personnel search, selection and evaluation
• MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Proficiency in Russian, English, and Kazakh language
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, a team player & builder with an eye for detail, and commitment to doing everything you can to get it right first time
• Highly organized, result oriented with the ability to be flexible with hours, days off, assignments and additional duties
