1. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing, formatting, and structuring documents in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Proficient use of various work tools including, but not limited to, Chat GPT, Fathem, talk360, Similar web, Brieflink, Trello, VPN, Builtwith, Wappalyzer, Loom, Deepl, Grammarly, Google Workspace (Google Sheet, Google Docs, Google Slides), Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), PDF edit (PDF Reader Pro, I love PDF), and Insightful.io.
  • Using ChatGPT, Gemini to generate text, find information, etc.
  • Fill in information into online mediums based on data provided.
  • Composing client emails and drafting official letters in both Russian and English. This includes leveraging existing templates as well as generating new ones.
  • Managing CRM systems, including inputting client information, recording transactions, and preparing reports.
  • Excelling under pressure to solve problems within tight deadlines, adapting quickly to evolving circumstances.
  • Performing administrative duties, such as maintaining a calendar of meetings, client interactions, and events.
  • Conducting web-based research in English, followed by subsequent analysis of gathered information.
  • Generating and enriching leads using tools like Zoominfo, Rocketreach, Kaspr, Lusha, Apollo.io, Builtwith, and Wappalyzer, and processing these leads (searching for contacts, sending emails, responding to emails).
  • Performing assorted tasks for the manager, which could range from transcribing audio text to initiating calls with partners via Talk360.

2. Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English and Russian (level B1 or above; C1 level is preferred).
  • Demonstrated diligence, with a keen eye for detail, especially in information processing.
  • Adeptness in utilizing various tools or the ability to learn new ones swiftly.
  • Possession of a personal computer with the ability to install various applications. A reliable internet connection is also necessary.
  • Ability to comply with non-negotiable work practices, such as staying connected on Telegram/WhatsApp, Notion, timesheet, and other productivity tools. Training will be provided if needed.
  • Proactiveness in asking insightful questions. A professional approach to tasks includes striving for completion and, if unable, formulating clear, specific queries for the manager in written form.
  • Capability to effectively execute a broad range of duties and adapt quickly to rapidly changing business conditions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating politeness and respect.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and/or Google Workspace.
  • Candidates without work experience are welcome to apply; an extended probationary period will be provided for such candidates.

3. Conditions:

  • Remote work, hybrid workday format (tasks can be received during the day, but can choose when to carry them out)
  • Standard week with 2 day weekend. Can chose the days of the weekend.
  • No need to be in the office. Ability to work from anywhere in the world.
  • Salary paid via bank transfer or crypto-currency transfer.
  • Work on a service contract basis, with the possibility of full employment within 6 months.
  • In addition to salary, monetary motivation for achieving KPI. For the signing of each contract with a counterparty for the provision of our services and upon receipt of the initial payment, payment of compensation - 500'000 sum per client after signing the contract and upon receipt of the initial payment. There is no limit on maximum compensation.
  • Opportunity for career growth (increase in salary with an increase in the number of tasks and responsibilities). Growth towards manager position.

5. Hiring process:

  • Do you qualify for the requirements? Are you happy with the conditions and responsibilities? (Which will take as long as it needs to for us to fill. Then we wish you to participate in our hiring process. It goes as following:
  1. Respond to this vacancy and share your CV and email. After the initial screening, you will be invited for an interview.
  2. You will be invited to complete an English & attention test. Everyone who completes it will receive a detailed result. If you score high, you will be invited for the next stage.
  3. Then you will be put in contact with the hiring manager. You will be given a task to create a short 2-minute video of yourself explaining different tools. Based on this video we will judge how quick you are to grasp concepts, and we will shortlist the final candidates.
  4. You will then have an interview with the hiring manager.
  5. You will be hired for a one-time paid job, to see how we collaborate and if we are a good fit.
  6. If both parties are happy, we will proceed with the job.
  • We appreciate the fact that there are quite a few hiring steps here. Although you will spend less than an hour in total: 10 minutes on the test, 2 minutes on the video and a 30-minute interview. We rather be the right working place for our candidate, then hire incorrectly.
