Affiliate Manager (Middle/Senior)

• Analysis of competitive affiliate offers in various regions.
• Development and refinement of existing affiliate offers.
• Search for and attract new partners and high-quality traffic (arbitration, networks, agencies, etc.).
• Experience in management and team building.
• Understanding of partner prospecting, onboarding, and relationship management.
• Processing the existing partner base, conducting business negotiations with affiliates, resolving possible conflict situations and establishing partner support processes.
• Systematic monitoring of traffic indicators, stimulating its growth.
• Monitoring, analyzing, and evaluating of traffic efficiency and partner profitability, reporting on indicators.

• Experience in digital/Affiliate Marketing from 3 years.
• Experience in developing and managing successful affiliate programs.
• Understanding the specifics of RevShare, CPA, Hybrid approaches to working with partners, types of traffic, affiliate tools.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, evaluate campaign results and make decisions based on the data obtained.
• Proficiency in English not lower than B2.
• Proficiency in French or Arabic will be an advantage.
